The basics!

My name's Mike, I'm 43, and planning to retire (or at least semi-retire and work from home) at 50 or earlier.

I live with my wife and young son in the countryside in southern Sweden.  

A lot of the blogs on this are very much American-centric, with a lot of discussion about US pension plans, college funds and private health insurance.  It's different in Europe.  So here's a blog with some Swedish perspective.
